Bill was born and raised in the Niagara Region, just outside of Fonthill near Short Hills Provincial Park.  He currently resides in Fonthill and is married to Kelly and has two children, Evan and Olivia.

Bill graduated from Brock University in 1995 and wrote and passed the 1995 Uniform Final Examination (“UFE”).  He has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting and has specialized in taxation for many years.  During his career he has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course, the CICA Wealth Preservation Course and attended numerous tax conferences in Canada.  During his career he has experience at a “Big 4” accounting firm and at larger regional accounting firms.  He has spoken on many occasions to both large and small groups on numerous taxation and other business topics.

Bill is a past member of the Niagara Tax Consultation Group, Rotary Club of Welland and is a current member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.  He is currently an active member of Lookout Point Golf Club and the Fonthill Lions Club in Fonthill and an avid hockey fan with the Philadelphia Flyers being his team of choice.
